Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
By making an appointment with Kika, you agree to these terms.
1. Self-Care Agreement:
I agree to take care of myself during this event. This means that if I experience emotional triggers, I will ask for help and attend to my body’s needs.
2. Confidentiality Agreement:
I agree to keep confidential everything that occurs during this event. Our sessions are private, and I will respect the privacy of both Kika and other participants.
3. Arrival to the Studio or Zoom Meeting:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment(s) or join the Zoom meeting promptly. In the event of late arrival, your service(s) may be shortened to maintain the schedule.
4. Late Arrival Policy:
Appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, and charges will apply according to the cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals cannot receive extensions, but if our schedule allows, we may accommodate a partial or full appointment with advanced notification of your late arrival.
5. Sexual Misconduct:
Sexual misconduct is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances, or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client will be responsible for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
Your privacy and confidentiality are always respected. Please also honor Kika’s privacy outside the studio by maintaining confidentiality at all times.
7. Rescheduling or Cancellation:
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call our cancellation number at 408.827.5303 at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours is appreciated). Email changes will not be accepted. Leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, and appointment time, speaking clearly and slowly.
8. Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that rescheduling may be necessary at times. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without incurring any penalty. Please call us as soon as possible during regular business hours to reschedule your appointment. For appointment changes requested on the same day as the service (less than 24 hours’ notice), a fee of $20.00 will be applied due to limited availability.
9. Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment without any cancellation fee. Please note that if you book an appointment within 24 hours of the actual appointment time, cancellation is not possible, and you will be charged the full amount, even if you cannot attend. The full amount of the scheduled services will be charged for cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice.
10. No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment or do not cancel within a 48 to 24-hour time period will be charged the full amount with no possibility of a refund.
11. Refund and Fee Policy:
Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. A fee of $20 will be charged for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice. No refunds will be provided for deposits or payments for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice before a scheduled appointment.
